Laptop Repair

• • Will diagnose hardware problems, source and order replacement parts, and then perform the replacement.

  • Price: $100/hr + cost of parts

Virus/Malware Removal

• • Diagnose and remove any sort of virus, malware, spyware, etc. from one computer. If virus cannot be removed, will assist with data recovery and OS restore.

  • Price: $100

Data Rescue

• • Trying to get data off an old hard drive or a locked laptop? I may be able to help! If data is unrecoverable, there is no charge and I will help you find a clean lab that may be able to do a deeper recovery.

  • Price: $250 if successful

Operating System Restore

• Will perform a clean reinstall of whatever OS is needed. Can also bundle with a Data Rescue if you need to retain data.

• Price: $100 + cost of OS license without data recovery. Add data recovery, +$100/hr

Home Network Setup

• • Will help you set up your home network per your needs and confirm everything is working as you expect and that you're getting the most out of your ISP.

  • Price: $100 to configure modem + router and connect one computer. $20 additional charge per device connected.

Custom PC build

• Will help create a parts list based on your needs for the machine. Then will order, assemble, and test the finished build.

• Price: Cost of parts + labor (20% of total parts cost, minimum $150)

Tech advice, recommendations, consult

• Will work with you to determine your needs and what product/hardware fits best.

• Price: 10% of final cost of chosen product, minimum $100

Small Business/Office network setup

• Will work with your business needs to determine ISP, hardware, and network requirements. Then will install, configure, and test the chosen solution.

• Ongoing service maintenance available.

IT Expenses Audit & Savings Finding

• Will evaluate your IT spend to identify potential areas of cost-reduction. This includes hardware, software/licensing, and ISP/VOIP.

• Price: Initial audit + annual sum of 50% of savings implemented

  • initial audit cost will vary by size of the scope. Assume $100/hr, most 1-5 employee businesses will only need 2 hours. Contact me for an estimate!
